Introductory presentation

Introduction on Organisational Coaching and the theory behind why the programme is so successful

How the programme is run, the process and timetable, the outcomes we are aiming to achieve; how success will be evaluated

Initial individual diagnostic coaching sessions

Each participant has an introductory coaching session to meet the coach and discuss coaching goals and objectives at individual, team and organisational levels

The ‘Way Forward Workshop’- 3 day workshop

This workshop introduces all the concepts of the coaching programme, including the ‘Big Hairy Audacious Goal’ (BHAG)

The team agrees the BHAG that will measure the success of the programme and determines how they will work to achieve this

Individual coaching objective setting

3-way objective setting session for participants with their managers and coach to discuss on coaching objectives and to determine how the success of the coaching will be measured

360 degree appraisals introduced and conducted at this stage

16 x 90 - 120 minute individual coaching sessions

Each participant receives 16 x 90-120 minutes telephonic coaching sessions, fortnightly. Focus is on the coachee’s contribution to their line role, team leading responsibilities and organisational growth

Coaching Fundamentals for Managers – 3-day workshop

Workshop to introduce the skills of coaching to each participant so that they pass on what they are learning to members of their team. It is also designed to ensure that coaching becomes a fundamental leadership and management skill in the organisation; and a part of the culture

6-weekly team coaching

Team coaching sessions focus on team processes that enable effective team working towards the organisational BHAG set at the start of the programme.

Also to facilitate the team to learn effectively from each other and hold each other accountable during the change process

Evaluation on the Conscious Company Programme

A series of evaluation processes at individual and team level are conducted throughout the programme to enable the team to manage a continuous improvement approach and ensure success against the Big Hairy Audacious Goals

Planning the next steps

Discussions on the way forward to ensure the perpetuation of the principles of the coaching programme
